Set how much each thing matters (0 = ignore). Homes turn deeper blue the better they match. Grey homes are outside your budget, lease or area.
Arrows float over each block when you zoom in close. Green: price rising (big if faster than the Singapore average). Red: price falling (big if down more than 2%).
